Financial Assistance for Training Application

Are you seeking financial assistance for training from our Team Trainers Rescue Group? Before we get started on this journey, we want to get to know you and your dog. Please fill out the below application and a staff member will be in touch shortly.

While we wish we could help every dog we come across, please be aware of the minimum requirements listed below.

• Dog must be spade or neutered.
• Dog must be under ten years of age.
• Severity of the dog’s challenges and condition will be taken into consideration.
• Dogs in danger of being euthanized or rehomed will be given top priority.
• Financial challenges of the owner or institution will be taken into consideration.
